Eos is the Goddess of dawn. The design of Eos is inspired by dawn which is the first appearance of light in the sky before sunrise, meaning the sky is still deep and dark in color.

22

Art Deco inspired the flooring design representing lightness and darkness seen in the sky. Eos incorporates the city design through the use of gold and cut-out chevron.

2nd Place in Product Design 2016 ASID South Central Chapter Student Competition

The base is formed from concrete to resemble the base of a building. The cast iron piping was used to create the lamp body, which resembles the steel used to create the structure of a building. The shape emphasizes direction so it leads consumers to the actual light source while maintaining a sleek modern design.
