Whether you’re planning a short engagement, or a long one, this next chapter for you & your partner’s love story is very exciting. My style is very much photo-journalistic, I love to tell stories with photographs. I like to be a bit of a ninja on a wedding day, capturing moments that naturally occur. I keep posing to a minimum in all aspects of the day, only giving further instructions when necessary. Wedding Album A hand made Fine Art Queensberry Flushmount album is included in the Deluxe package. These luxurious albums are 12 inch x 12 inch and are a beautiful addition to any love story. An Album can be added to the Standard package at anytime after the wedding for $2500 incl gst. I hold onto your files for 12 months, any time over and above this I can’t guarantee.
Photobooth Photobooths are a great way of entertaining your guests while you’re off having your formal photos taken or for extra fun during the reception. Whatever way you want to do it, the choice is yours. 1 hour $300.00 incl gst
Slide-show The slide-show will consist of approximately 150-250 images put to music. This will walk you through the special moments that were captured during the day.
General Information Do you offer travel outside of Gisborne? Absolutely! I love to travel. I have a set fee of $500 incl gst for travel within the North Island (Wellington - Auckland). Anything outside of this area can negotiated. Do you offer any other album packages/deals other than what is included in your Deluxe package? If you are wanting anything over and above the Deluxe package, I can put together your own special package that is unique to you. If there is anything else you wish to add to the package just let me know and I can work out a price for you. The great thing about the Deluxe package is that you also get an option to purchase “Parent� albums. These are duplicate copies of the main wedding album, they’re just smaller (10 inch x 10 inch). These cost $800 incl gst each and there is a limit of 5. These make great thank you gifts for parents or any other family member. Do you use a second photographer? Would I need one for the separate groom and groomsmen coverage prep? Yes I generally have a 2nd shooter. There is no need to get a separate photographer for the guys as I photograph this myself. I am the main shooter throughout the day, my 2nd shooter helps me to capture the getting ready, ceremony and reception from different view points. I like to be the main photographer at each stage as it ensures that there is consistency throughout the images and also to ensure that a high level of service and professionalism is given throughout the day.
Do you have a backup of files just in case something happens on the day? I have all images backed up on several hard drives after the wedding. The cameras I use also have dual memory cards, which means the images get backed up to two separate memory cards automatically. This ensures that if something was to happen to one memory card, there is still a backup on the other. The photos you take are they included in your portfolio? Or if this can be negotiated to not be included? If you do not wish for your photos to be included in my portfolio I will respect that and not use them. I do like to do small previews for my clients which go on facebook and my website. I usually do these a few days after the wedding just so that there is something for the client to enjoy with family and friends while the rest of the photos are being finished. The turn around time is at least 6 weeks which is why I like to do the preview as 6 weeks is a long time to wait. But if you do not wish to have a preview that is fine, I will not publish your images. How long is your turnaround for providing photos from the wedding day? Turn around time for the Standard package is up to 12 weeks. Turn around time for the Premium and Deluxe package is up to 12 weeks for the photos and an extra 6-8 weeks for the album, as this allows time for the album to be made.

What are your terms and conditions for booking/payment?
As a guide, I say that you will receive 400+ images. Each wedding is different, so I can not give you an exact amount. I do ensure that the full story gets told and will provide you with all the best photos of the day.
I ask for a $500 incl gst non-refundable Date Reservation fee to secure your day. As soon as this is paid the day is booked to you. Until this is paid, the day is still available to anyone. Full payment is then required 14 days before the wedding. I have a contract I send out that will outline all my terms
