In this book 30 minute compositions were built using Craigslist Missed Connections.

b l a c kwhite blackandwhite blackandwhite The first round of sprints were done in black and white, sticking closely to the formal grid that was chosen.

The second round of black and white sprints were based mostly on contrast.

iimage mage Instead of working from the grid that I implemented at the beginning of the sprints, I started to use images as a grid.

c o lor color First I applyed color to previous compositions to experiment how the application of color provides a different feel to the same black and white sprints.

After the first round of color application, I started to make compositions with color in mind.

fi nals finals With the help of my classmates, I sorted through all of the sprints and chose 8 compositions that worked well together and seperate to create a book for. The following 8 compositions are the final pieces of this sprinting process.
