Barefoot Fitness was founded by Sarah Smith in 2017. As a busy mother of 2, Sarah discovered she let her own health slip away and took on the journey of a healthier lifestyle. As family and friends began to see her changes and wanted to know how they could make a change in their lives as well and this is how Barefoot Fitness began. Barefoot Fitness started out small with taking on 2-3 one-on-one clients in fitness and nutrition and has grown to 15 daily clients. Barefoot Fitness overs custom training plans and nutrition guidance and plans. Each plan is developed for the individual client.
