Pizza Mac For the base:

500g plain flour Sachet of yeast (or blob of fresh - ASDA give it you for free in the bakery) ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon sugar 4 tablespoons olive oil 330ml hot (but not boiling) water (I use a coke can or glass to measure) For the topping:

Tub of pasata Oregano Grated mozzarella Any other things to go on top Pizza tray or other oven-type tray thing 1. Plop all of the bass ingredients together in a bowl or the food processor. Use the plastic paddle thing on the food processor, dough hooks on a mixer or a big wooden spoon to mix it well. I do this after breakfast and then leave it in a bowl with a tea towel on it. 2. Go out. Do something. Have fun. 3. Come back later and your dough will be big and expanded. On a floured surface, kneed it until it’s springy, then roll it out onto your tray. 4. Spread pasata onto the base with the back of a spoon, then cover with oregano and cheese. Add other tasty bits and cook in a hot oven until the cheese is bubbly.
