44Z South County Road T1, Norwood // $275,000

A rare opportunity to build in the country with great views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains and just a few miles from downtown Norwood. This lot already has a well in place and electricity to the building site, which is tucked away off the road for extra privacy. There are mature ponderosa pines and a five-acre pasture, along with a seasonal pond on the lot. Originally known as Moon Hill, this site was one of the original sawmills in the Norwood area.
