part *********
My role within the company was Junior Development Designer. This incorporated all development of displays and cosmetic modules, majority of which was done on Solid Works.
Each project begun with a brief from the sales department, we (design & development) then developed a design to meet it. Diam has an on-site workshop, therefore, once a concept had been developed on CAD and technical drawings were produced, samples were ordered and tested. When the design was approved, it was then sent to the workshop to produce the parts and assemblies for distribution and installation, into shops all over the world.
