Katerra continues to pioneer the vertical integration of mass timber by integrating traditionally fragmented steps in the design-build process.

Katerra’s model offers a unique value proposition: a fullyintegrated building partner that can offer clients the cost, quality, and speed benefits of robust technology systems, scaled purchasing power, and high-volume fabrication.

In addition to Katerra’s end-to-end customer model, we also supply mass timber components to other design-build projects, supporting those material clients with valueadded services as needed. Katerra can provide reference designs, application notes, or engineering specs, to help our customers and partners easily and effectively realize their designs and builds.

Katerra is currently offering developer and builder clients multiple avenues for partnership:

1. End-to-End New Build Services

Katerra provides design, manufacturing, and construction services to deliver a building project from beginning to end.

2. Materials Supply

Katerra acts as a CLT material supplier for projects designed and built by other AEC firms. In addition to CLT product, Katerra can supply hardware and structural system elements such as glulam, along with the associated services detailed on the following page.
