The main propose of this project is to give back at first place to nature. The presence of abundant and diversified vegetation outside and inside the building allows to extend the park from the University to the building. The boundary between the landscape and the building disappear. Indeed, the building blends into the landscape through a natural and ecological continuity. This continuity is made possible thanks to the presence of "floating gardens" present in the large "framed terraces" located on the south facade, by the existence of a vegetable facade and a vegetated courtyard inside the building. Finally, a green rooftop landscaped space on the roof perfect the principle of nature in the heart of the project. All the different apartments are benefit of shared spaces. The vegetation courtyard is at the center of the building and is accessible to all residents. The facades develop according to a double principle.

Because a place is defined by his occupation as much as by his history, the transformation of the 44 rue Callelongue site must be enriched by what defines today: his shape, landscape heritage and his environmental biodiversity. Especially important by the project is existing nature in the area. We design this buildings being aware of the surrounding and existing vegetation trying to respect as much as possible the nature and singular trees. The project is formed by 13 buildings of varying heights, between 4 and 8 floors, which come together and shift between them to let the vegetation slide between them. Distances of more than 20m between facades, including with the neighboring buildings to the south-east of the plot, allow a perfect sunshine of all the facades and a controlled intimacy. 13 buildings form 6 differents volumes with differents typologies.

OXO Architecture
We conceived this project as a large creative campus given place a multitude of companies, artists and researchers, brought to work and live in an active and recognizable landscape. We imagine a great diversity of activities, more tertiary or more productive, all attracted by the idea of the proliferation of a new "Hive". In the office building we have designed a unique facade for the entire building, regardless of where we are from. Through the artistic path that it supports, the facade is a programmatic element in itself. Specifically, there are a staircase, steps, green areas and balconies that connect the four sides of the building. From level 2 to level 6 of the building are the offices. We have designed offices areas as open and flexible as possible to allow to have different types of configurations according to the needs of the program. As a result, we placed the stairs outside the office spaces. The rooftop of the Halle Créative is dedicated to sporting areas. Connected to the neighboring buildings due to two bridges on each side. The Student Building is located at the south entrance of the "Creation Garden". At first glance, this building is conceived as a dynamic project linked to the railway lines. The movement and oscillation of the floors create generous terraces and outdoor spaces for users and urban agriculture. The general program of the building is dedicated to students: a "Student Hub" and two student residences with a capacity of 150 students.
