While we know many are contending with supply chain issues this Spring, here in Wilson, NC our motto is Sarreid Strong. We prepared in advance for the possibility of an industry-wide disruption and worked hard to ensure our warehouse is full of exceptional product available for immediate shipping. Our focus now is on communicating our strong in-stock position and leading with a calm voice. Well before Pre-Market and the Spring High Point Market were cancelled and postponed, we proactively embarked on digitizing our Market. Our team has shot multiple videos of our complete showroom to ensure that all of our dealers and designers have the ability to see what we offer so that you can make effective decisions and the most of Markets that did not happen. Though we are certainly still high on High Point and the ability for you to see, touch and feel our products, extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures. Simply put, we believe that the fast and the nimble will transcend the current crisis, and thus, we’ve instituted an aggressive digital strategy to help you win. For more than half a century, taste makers have turned to Sarreid for exceptional product starting with thestatement-making decorative accessories and objects d’art on which our company was built— to our ever-growing collection of livable, luxurious furnishings for nearly every room in the home. We’re providing more comprehensive web-based tools than we ever have, and this means that our website is moving closer and closer everyday to mimicking what sales representatives are able to show you on their iPads. As it stands, any of our sales associates can, with complete confidence, look at our website and know exactly what is in stock because the website is updated four times per day. Check it out!
·To keep you up-to-date and in-the-know we’re producing the e-news you are reading right now. Each month, we’re sharing important news and celebrating designers and the work they do featuring our products. And this month, we’re raising up our customer service representatives who exemplify the Sarreid Strong culture. Stay tuned to get to know more members of our dedicated team as we move forward. We’re busy producing helpful product videos where we are demonstrating functionality, form, color and finish. It’s as close as we can bring you to our extraordinary offerings in these times of socialdistancing, and it’s more than pretty pictures. We’ve loaded the videos with relevant information in order to provide you with a web-based training program that can be accessed on your laptop, iPad or mobile device. There are also multiple weekly eblasts aimed at current and target distribution, and we’ve stepped up our social media efforts with highfrequency, content-rich messaging. History has taught us that market share is won in times of crisis, and we’re continuing to build brand by placing interactive digital banners on the sites of design influencers to keep Sarreid front and center. We’re complementing this effort with heavy use of video messaging and development of a Sarreid YouTube channel.

Joining the team in 2005, Gwen is primarily focused on customer service and related duties for those in New York City, Northern New Jersey, Florida, California and the Carolinas. Even so, she says, “We’re a team at Sarreid and work together to make sure every customer is taken care of.” When she’s not building relationships here, she’s enjoying her grandchildren, gardening and travel.
