ONE D The largest integrated building in the WTC Noida development, One D is a high rise building with over10 lakh sqft of IT office spaces as well as commercial and institutional spaces. Scalable and flexible floor plates of the One D wings have been designed to accommodate businesses needs that range from 500 sqft to 1,20,000 sq ft (approx) across a single floor. A distinct dual wing design of the building allows for maximum natural daylighting of the offices spaces, reducing the lighting load during office hours. A central spine on the ground floor flanked by commercial units on either side provides for increased visibility and frontage, improve external comfort and creates spill-out opportunities.

CUBIT Cubit is a mid rise building mapped strategically and designed efficiently to accommodate the modern requirements of an office entity to work individually and perform independently. Cubit’s large format floor plates, interspersed with 4 vertical cores, allow for multiple options & flexibility to address the needs of growing and established businesses alike.

TEC 1 AND TEC 2 FUTURE DEVELOPMENT ONE A, B & C

Building with varied height and floor plates ranging from approx 12,000 sq.ft. to 70,000 sq. ft. Comprising of an anchor block at its helm, the building consists of efficient and large floor plates suitable for MNCs, global majors and large trade organizations.

THE SYSTEM OF FRACTALS ONE E A mixed use building along a landscaped Boulevard offering high street retail options, the Boardwalk comprises of 90,000 sqft (approx) of commercial and institutional spaces. Its linear alignment maximizes business visibility and frontage. Located in the heart of the 42 acre complex, the Boardwalk blends the necessities of work, life, entertainment and leisure perfectly.

Treats each individual element within the campus as part of a greater whole. The entire site is treated like a Plate that contains layers of Work and Life finding meaning in coexistence to deliver a harmonious environment.
