Sprouts sundal

In a mixer add coconut, green chilli, cilantro and grind. Add steamed gooseberry and grind it again as a coarse paste Take out this paste in a bowl and add curd, salt and mix well In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves allow it to sputter Pour this to the gooseberry raita to enhance the taste
Tapioca Adai
Soak raw rice, lentils and red chilli for 4 hours Grind this in a blender after adding tapioca, salt and make it a coarse batter Heat dosa tawa and pour ladleful of batter into the tawa and spread Drizzle a bit of oil and after it is cooked turn it over on the other side Cook and serve
Neem flower Rasam
Heat oil add neem flower and till it gives a aroma Transfer it to a plate. In the same pan heat little oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves. Allow it to sputter. Add tamarind extract and salt Boil it till the raw smell goes After the rasam boils add roasted neem seeds
Borage Bajji
Wash Borage leaves really well and dry them Mix 1 cup Gram Flour,1 tsp Chilli Powder, pinch of Salt and Asafoetida with half cup water in a bowl to a smooth batter Dip each Borage leaf in the batter and fry till golden Drain and serve warm
