The association is affiliated with both the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Our NAHB charter dates back to February 8, 1955. Since 1942, the NAHB has helped promote the policies that make housing a national priority. With over 140,000 members nationwide of both builders and the vendors that serve them, NAHB strives to create an opportunity for Americans to realize the dream of home ownership, and th freedom for builders to operate in an open and competitive marketplace.
