Joe began his new home building career over 30 years ago learning the art of building under one of Tallahassee’s largest volume new construction residential builders. During this time, he worked on hundreds of homes, mastering the best building practices and craftmanship. Joe started his own company in the late 90’s, perfecting his craft over the years, winning several Parade of Homes and Realtor Choice Awards. Joe has been a licensed Florida Residential Contractor and Real Estate Sales Associate for 25 years. Adams Quality Homes, Inc. specializes in custom homes for the discriminating customer. Nailed It Tallahassee was founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife duo, William and Amber McKinney. They got their start in the construction business by flipping homes in Amber’s hometown of Las Vegas Nevada. After relocating to Tallahassee to be closer to family, the McKinney’s decided to take their flipping to the next level and try their hand at building new construction.
