The Tallahassee Builders Association has sponsored this popular event each spring continuously since 1955 and we are proud to share our members and associates beautiful work with you again in 2021. This year’s Parade of Homes will be launched on the traditional parade dates beginning Mother’s Day Weekend, and for the second year, this will be a hybrid event. Virtual and in person viewing allows the Parade to share homes that would not otherwise be available for public viewing. Save the dates and times of the tour of May 8 & 15, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, and May 9 & 16, Noon – 5:00 pm. Tour all 15 newly constructed homes virtually from May 8, 2021 – May 1, 2022 and enjoy the traditional walk-through tour of 11 of the 15 with homes in Leon, Wakulla, and Jefferson counties. Details on which homes will be open for the physical tours are included on the builder’s entry pages. The Parade of Homes printed tour guides will be available prior to the May dates at Prime Meridian Bank and Capital City Bank branch locations. Admission is free.
