Lisa Barlow, a HCA for Ward 11, for her dedication and commitment to Ward 11. Lisa is a role model for all new starters and her colleagues. The ward has faced recent staffing shortages and Lisa has been a huge support during this time as well as to the RGN's she is working alongside, encouraging and being positive in her approach.
A massive thank you to colleagues on Ward 7 (Endocrine and General Medicine) at PRH who have consistently improved their pre-12noon discharges over the last five weeks.
A draft version of the Standards of Behaviour is complete. Feedback will be sought from colleagues at workshops over the coming weeks.
A massive well done to Ward 27 who last week achieved 56% of their discharges pre 12:00 with 44% of those being discharged before 10:00.
Collectively both sites achieved 33% pre 12:00

Diabetic feet can often be the source of various medical complications including sepsis.
To enhance inpatient diabetes foot care, several new initiatives have been introduced, focusing on improving assessments and training across our healthcare teams.
