A central business district is exactly what it sounds like—the area of densely concentrated commercial activity that forms a core of economic and population density in a city or region. Central business districts usually include numerous kinds of business and commercial ventures—all of which are likely paying a premium to set up shop at the center of the economic action.

•CONCEPTUAL IDEA
the basic concept of this design was to emalgamate the required prospects into a common area and in close proximity which is the base line meaning of a central business district. we have performed all the analysis first before designing on our site which is in bangalore, karnataka. the build forms are specifically placed in certain concentric circles which further resulted in creation of beautifull spaces and the main entry roads around it.

The proposed Interstate Bus Terminus being constructed in amritsar provides an innovative and open plan for seamless movement of commuters, buses and private vehicles. Responding to the local climate and vista, the design incorporates natural ventilation for comfort of the passengers. The hotel and retail facilities are integrated into the building providing safe access for the commuters at all times of the day. The support facilities required for the operation of the facility including drivers rest areas, maintenance sheds and overnight parking bays
•CONCEPTUAL IDEA
The Concept revolves around the basic theme of eternity which signifies the never ending serenity of the design. The basic inspiration behind the movement and parking of ‘Buses’, came from the Kempegowda Bus Station, Bangalore. The ellipse/ oval shaped movement, this typology is almost ideal for a very crowded bus terminal cum office cum hotel cum multiplex.

There is no international standard for ranking hotels, so hotel ratings differ from country to country, with some offering diamond ratings and others star ratings. There is however a general consensus that hotels at the top of the scale share some common characteristics, both in terms of the physical product and the service. this 5-star hotel is present inside the fencing of cbd, bangalore.

the basic concept of this design was to get together a space which encompasses a whole lot of refreshing public spaces with unique blend of private and semi public areas. there are various types of gardens or spaces present in the structure thru which the user experience will be enchanted and enhanced in every possible way.

• INTRODUCTION
• Shekhawati is located in North Rajasthan, comprising the districts of Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Churu and Jaipur.
• Shekhawati is known for its artistic sculptures rich of fresco wall paintings , handicraft.
• One of the most beautiful and unique Havelis in Rajasthan in India is the Char Chowk Haveli, Laxmangarh Rajasthan nestled in the rugged and greenAravallis.
• Jagannath Singhania Haveli is one of the best preserved Havelis in Fatehpur. It was built in 19th century.
• Modi and Tibrewal Haveli are the two well preserved havelis exhibiting ancient architecture dating back to several hundred years located in Jhunjhunu.
• Khetri Mahal, also known as the Wind Palace, is a classic example of palace architecture in the state of Jhunjhunu.
