Video is an important tool used by Saunders in marketing our listings, advancing our brand, and promoting our agents. We create and produce in house video content for our website, our agents’ websites, and our social media platforms.

Our video is unique to our company and a compelling way to present the properties we list and the agents who market them, as well as offering insight into the beauty of the Hamptons and the distinctive lifestyle here. We have a full-time on staff videographer, the only one in our industry, with an extensive background in live television remote video. The focus of our video content is to create 1-minute videos showcasing the properties we represent using drone and traditional video footage. We produce video tours of properties and home interiors that take potential buyers on site and inside houses of interest to them.

Email Marketing

Our robust email marketing efforts further extend the reach of our brand. We have added text message marketing to our email campaigns, and use daily text messaging technology to promote new listings and open houses. We create a weekly dedicated blog, Happening in the Hamptons, about events of interest happening locally, which we publish in a weekly email blast and post on our website.
