The project’s site is in the Northeast area of Tu n Châu Island within an established surrounding building The plot is bounded by 1 side (rear) the shoreline of Ha Long Bay Sea and the opposite side the access and principal road of Tuan Chau Island Both the sensory and human aspects of the site are positive The concept main drive is inspired by the definition of " Velocity" and " Vertically"
