Twenty years ago, we introduced our signature paper composite material to the housewares industry after using that same material to build custom-made municipal skate parks. We never guessed that one business would lead to creating another in a completely different industry.

Save time and effort by washing and sanitizing Epicurean cutting boards and kitchen tools in the dishwasher. For decades, restaurants and home chefs have used this durable material in home and commercial dishwashers.

NSF Certified

NSF guarantees products to be easily cleaned and safe for food contact. NSF is the organization that tests products to verify they meet public health and safety standards. NSF Certified products are marked accordingly.

Knife Safe

Kitchen Series

The Epicurean Kitchen Series Boards are the original Epicurean cutting boards. Their simple shape features a handy hang hole and every board is dual-sided while being thin, lightweight, and dishwasher-safe. Four sizes and three color options allow for the perfect board choice.

All-In-One Series

The best features of our most popular boards were combined into the Epicurean All-inOne Cutting Board Series. Utilize both sides of the board; use the juice groove side to catch excess liquids or flip the board over if you need even more space. The four non-slip silicone feet keep the board secure either way. These thin and lightweight boards are available in five sizes and three colors.

Gourmet Series

The thicker profile of the durable Gourmet Series Cutting Board allows room for a juice groove feature on one side to capture liquids and keep countertops clean. The larger prep space on the opposite side gives you room to play. A dual-color combination adds a simple elegance to your countertop.

Chef Series

Epicurean's Chef Series Cutting Board offers a refined form and thicker profile, while keeping the same unmatched durability and beauty Epicurean cutting boards are known for. The juice groove around the perimeter on these oversized boards captures liquid and the opposite cutting surface side provides even more prep space. A natural/slate color combination and modern profile may entice you to have this cutting board live on the countertop, long after the dishes are washed.

Big Block Series

Epicurean's Big Block Series is designed to live on the countertop. This super-durable block is ready for years of heavy use, and a tapered edge beautifully reveals a layered cascade of alternating colors. Each board has 4 non-slip silicone feet on its underside.

Board Butter

Epicurean's Board Butter is a proprietary blend of mineral oil and beeswax, designed specifically to restore, condition, preserve and maintain the luster of Epicurean's paper composite cutting boards and kitchen utensils, and is made in the USA. This butter-like formula is packaged in a tin and includes an applicator.

Kitchen Utensils

Epicurean’s Gourmet Series utensils feature eight styles of nylon heads paired with our sturdy and comfortable paper composite handles. A handy built-in kickstand keeps messy heads off clean counters. High-temperature nylon heads are heat resistant to 500°F/260°C and are safe for non-stick pans.

NEW Silicone Series Utensils

The traditional silicone spatula has met its match with Epicurean’s Silicone Series utensils. Handles made from our signature paper composite material combined with removable, silicone heads which are heat resistant to 600°F/315°C create a line of utensils that are functional, easy to clean, and safe for non-stick pans.
