Why ride tubeless?

• Lower weight - most tire manufacturers are offering low weight tubeless ready tires.

• Superior flat prevention - sealant is working better in tubeless than in tube.

• Reduces rolling resistance by eliminating the rub between tire and tube.

• Enables lower air pressure riding - enhances grip and control.

• Removes the risk of “snake bites” (pinch flats).

• Ecological and economical - reduces tubes manufacturing and consumption.

Maintenance

How much sealant should I use?

Liquid sealant runs freely inside the tire. When puncture occurs, a small portion of sealant is sucked into the hole and seals the puncture permanently. In order to insure an effective sealant protection, sealant must reach any relevant part of the tire. Using a small amount of sealant reduces weight but leaves you exposed to ineffective protection. Sealant amount in your tire depends on tire size and riding/storage conditions. Use 60ml to 120ml of sealant in each MTB tire, 40ml to 60ml for a single road tire and 125ml for fat bike and PLUS tire. The drawing shows the difference in the tire protected area when using 60 ml and 120 ml sealant per tire.

To maintain the correct amount of sealant in your tires, add a third (1/3) of the original amount used for each tire periodically. In cold climate add sealant every 3-6 months and in hot climate every 2-4 month.

you can set a recurring alert in your calendar to remind you to add sealant always apply sealant when the valve is at 8 o'clock position
