A LETTER FROM BRUCE NELSON OUR HOA PRESIDENT

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year and what a fun time had by all who visted Sawmill. I was so happy to see our returning customers and even happier to see the new faces that came to enjoy our Sawmill. I again want to thank Justin and his great event planning I have heard nothing but great things about our events. I also like to again thank Jorge Fred Les and Dennis for all they did. They put in countless hours making sure our guest got a memberable and lasting great impression of what Sawmill has to offer. I like to go back to what I stated at our town hall meeting my goal for Sawmill in 2018 is to make Sawmill the number one Gay community in America a community we can all call ours and more importantly our home. We can no longer grow by just relying on our employees to take care of our customers. This is our community and we need to accept our responsibility and roll in making our Sawmill customers experience the best. I am challenging all of you to be the best ambassadors for our park to help enrich our customer experience.

I am proud of all of our current board members who volunteer their time to not only improve our customer experience but our residents and shareholders too. We are a very engaged board working to make Sawmill a better community for all. I pledge when I took over as your HOA President to be transparent and forth coming on all that happens in Sawmill. I plan to continue to communicate and keep everyone knowledgeable of everything going on in our community. I am so Happy to part of Living The Dream with all of you and look forward to a great 2018 My quote of the month: “Try and Be the Rainbow in Someones Cloud” Maya Angelou Bruce Nelson Sawmill HOA President

A LETTER FROM JOHN ROSSELLE “Thank you Sawmill for the best New Year’s celebration ever at camp! Not only did we have the drag show and fireworks display at Ricki Lake, but at midnight in the courtyard, there were even more fireworks and lots of confetti. Justin and the board are doing such a great job. I’ve been camping at Sawmill for 20 years, and my husband Eric with me for the last 15. To say we have seen improvements is an understatement: Woody’s used to be opened at 9pm and we could dance to our own boombox. That was it! No Justin with lavish productions like today! Thanks for all you do! Kind regards,
