I’m a License Architect.Graduated from Savitribai phule University, Pune - 2019-2020. In this portfolio i have selected some projects that reflect my experience in field of architecture. I would be glad show them to you.

I believe Architecture is a variable that evolve every decade,inspied by Context,Cultrue and History and we have the duty to create postive tranformation. I constantly looking forward to get new experince and collect stories within people for architetcture. Sub-Urban residenital small scale project

ABSTRACT :

This private residence design for two married brothers and for their Parents. In sub urban area - Baramati, surrounded by farm land.

The design layout is guided by the requirments of the client and connection with locality,while desiging the layout we study the diffrent ‘Wada’ system in Maharashtra. Taking inspiration from solapur and karnatak wada systemsquare planning , two storied structure with court abutting the street , house & its main entrance are oriented towards the east.

Proper segregation of private and public space with in the premises.Connecting passage with skylight.Overlooking jharokas in the courts have a feeling of connected . Construction technology which used is reinforced concrete blocks,filler blocks.

Rural residenital project

ABSTRACT :

This private residence design for a couple who lives in city and wanted to build a house away from busy city , in rural area surrounded by rice plantation farm.

The design layout is guided by the requirments of the client and wanted a overlooking patio towards historic Forts in Pune. There are some level diffrence on site that makes the project more intresting.

Clients requirments - They wanted rent this house for vacations or events in future , so proposed 2 detached bedrooms but yet connected with verandah and swimming pool as leisure activity . Play of natural sunlight through connecting passage , Load bearing structure with laterite stone and ferrocement roof and to protect from heat mosaic tile cladding over roof.

ABSTRACT :

This private residence Landscape design for a family who lives in city and wanted design seasonal landscape garden with outdoor seating and BBQ section / small scale outdoor semi covered kitchen which is close to the structure.

To break the vechicular noise from drop off desnse plantation is placed in height formation tress,grand central breathable open garden for family functions.

Placed on central focal point water feature with natural stone boulders and scuplture toenhance the visual aesthices .

PLANTATION STRATEGY

Neolamarckia cadamba

It is an evergreen tree, this tree is grown as an ornamental tree. Its flowers are sweetly fragrant, red to orange in colour, occurring in dense, globular heads.

Cassia fistula

It is also a popular ornamental plant and is also used in herbal medicine. The leaves are deciduous, It blooms in late spring/early summer in hot, dry weather.

Canna indica

Canna indica is a perennial growing to between 0.5 and 2.5 metres. The plants form an upright, unbranched stem or the overlapping leaf sheaths form.

Petunia

Petunia flowering plant , Petunias can tolerate relatively harsh conditions and hot climates. at least five hours of sunlight every day and flourish in moist soil.

Creeping Jenny

It is a vigorous, prostrate, evergreen perennial growing ground cover. It aggressively spreads in favorable conditions, such as low wet ground or near ponds.

Wodyetia bifurcata

It is used as an ornamental plant. low maintenance requirements, and resistance to pests and diseases.

Jacaranda mimosifolia

It is an evergreen tree, its attractive and long-lasting violet-colored flowers.

Lily Casa Blanca

One of the finest oriental hybrids. Very large pure white flowers with brownish-orange anthers. 14/16cm bulbs supplied. Height 120cm.

Vinca minor

Vinca minor(periwinkle) is a trailing subshrub, spreading along the ground & rooting along the stems to form large clonal colonies and occasionally scrambling up to 40cm.

Ajuga reptans

The small, dark purplish green leaves create a ground cover that is not as aggressive as larger-leaved ajuga varieties.

Proposal for a commerical project - landscape design with existing structure surrounded by mountains. the site itself is having level diffrenece . by taking the advantage spaces were design in levels.

Public space near Entrance like - Parking , drop off and children’s play areas with sculpture feature at the centre of focual point.

Cottage stay with landscaped spaces for spill over area connecting with amphithether with water boady on both side with tropical landscape.

On top level private kitchen was proposed with family seating semi covered areas pergola. With private open lawn for private activities.

1. This private residence design for a family of 4 who lives in city - town ship. wanted warm and cozy spaces in their apartment. Material palette was selected accordingly - colour theme palette , warm to cool colour scheme .

2. This private residence design for a couple with minimilistic design design approach use of metal brass with wood for warm and cozy touch. warm colour palette.

Window seating with storage 18 inch height with 1mm laminate Marble finish both sides. Vitrified tiles - White colour, Glossy finish.

Wall mounted foldable bed with storage unit, with fixed matteress.

Wooden planks 18mm flooring finish in balcony with garden metal chairs.
