SBA Volleyball Opens Season at Home The Lady Eagles Volleyball team will open up their 2012 season TONIGHT (8/20)!! The Freshman, JV, and Varsity teams will all be in action TONIGHT at SBA as they take on the Collierville Dragons!. The Freshman game will begin at 4:00pm with the JV game to follow at 5:00pm, and the Varsity will finish up the night with the last game starting at 6:00pm

PAA Football Jamboree TONIGHT (8/20) SBA will be hosting the PAA (5th/6th Grade) Football Jamboree. Play starts at 6:00pm. Everyone is invited and admission will be $3. Come out and see the future!!

Attention Juniors There are several upcoming items of importance for Juniors and their parents. Mrs. Brannon has some information regarding the upcoming Spaghetti Dinner at Meet-the-Teachers Night, college counseling, and much more. This information (preceded by a letter from Mrs. Brannon) is available on the website at www.sbaeagles.org/juniors. Also, on Wednesday, August 29th, Juniors will be meeting with Balfour Representatives regarding Class Rings. They should be bringing home information about how to order on that day. The following Wednesday (September 5th), the Balfour Representatives will return to take orders for Class Rings.
Activity Day Schedule Starting this Tuesday (August 21st), school will dismiss every Tuesday at 2:20pm. We know that many of our students are involved in many of the extra-curricular activities offered by SBA. So, we set aside this time every Tuesday, to allow students and clubs plenty of time to meet during the school year.
Senior Parent Meetings “The College Admission Process and a General Information Session for Parents of Seniors� There will be three sessions of this meeting designed for parents of seniors: -September 11th; 6:30pm in the DLC -September 13th; 1:30pm in the DLC -September 13th; 6:30pm in the DLC Please e-mail Mary Cox (coxm@sbaeagles.org) if you plan to attend one of the sessions.
School ID Cards If your student has misplaced their student ID Card over the summer, we will be offering a grace period on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (8/21-23) of this week where students can come to office during their lunch period. On these three days, we will reissue cards FREE of charge. Starting on Friday (8/24), all ID Card requests will cost $5. Freshman ID Photos were taken on Friday, August 17th. New Upperclassmen can come by the office during their lunch period in order to have their ID card printed this week.
