Chautauqua County has seen a rise in farm breweries and distilleries which means a minimum of 75% of product ingredients must come from New York State agricultural products such as grains, honey, fruit, maple syrup and more. Breweries often release small batch brews featuring seasonal flavors during the harvest seasons throughout the year.
