The Department of Public Works is scheduled to give a report to the council today on State Street interim operations since June 28, and then be asked to direct staff on how to proceed regarding the downtown parklets.

The complaint filed against him says the defendant’s blood alcohol level was .15, nearly twice the legal limit.

CARPINTERIA — A project to replace a failed culvert on State Route 150 near Carpinteria, a quarter mile west of Gobernador Canyon Road, will begin Sept. 26, continuing weekly until Oct. 7. Council direction also is required regarding portability for in-street outdoor business facilities on the State Street Promenade and the 400 and 1300 blocks of State Street.
