President/ Professor Philosophy Vice President/Academic Dean/ Assistant Professor of Systematic Theology
Prior to coming to St. Bernard's in 2018, Dr. Loughlin was Associate Professor of Philosophy and Chair of the Department of Philosophy and Theology at DeSales University - a position he held for almost 20 years.
Dr. Kuhner earned his Masters in Theological Studies at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and the Family in Washington, D.C., and completed his Ph.D. in systematic theology at Ave Maria University.
Assistant Professor of Systematic Theology
Professor Lickona earned her B.A. at the University of Notre Dame and holds her Masters in Theological Studies and Licentiate in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family.
Dr. Matthew Kuhner Our faculty hold degrees from the University of Toronto, the Pontifical John Paul II Institute, University of Chicago, DeSales University, Ave Maria University, and the University of Macerata, Italy:Assistant Professor of Sacred Scripture
Dr. Hughes Huff joined the St. Bernards faculty in the fall of 2020. He earned his Ph.D. in Hebrew Bible and the Ancient Near East at the University of Chicago. He's been a teacher for over 20 years.

Daniel Drain studied Philosophy and Theology at DeSales University prior to earning his Master of Theological Studies from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies in Marriage and Family in Washington, D.C. He is currently writing his dissertation.
Assistant Professor of Philosophy
Before coming to St. Bernard's, Dr. Stango was Assistant Professor of Philosophy at DeSales University in Allentown, PA. He has also worked for other universities, both in the U.S. and Chile.
