a pokémon doesn’t exist, especially an eletric type. However, off the Sea Foam Islands in the Kanto Region, there is such a pokémon. A gifted Pikachu to be exact. When we spotted this pikachu, all we could do is watch in awe. Puka is his name and his trainer and friend is Victor, whom is also a fellow surfer. We got a chance to talk yesterday with Victor before they went on their daily surfing routine near their cabin. Continues on B2
Wild Haunter Forces Local School To Shut Down
During Concert!
A local school was forced to close its doors yesterday by the Kanto School District. Why? A Haunter had been terrorizing the high school for months with no end in sight. “Kids weren’t coming to school”, says a math teacher. Continues on B2

Late last night near midnight, the fifty person team, Indigo SWAT, began Operation Cast Out. The team’s primary mission; to capture and arrest the ruthless Darkrai Mafia Gang that have been terrorizing local businesses, stealing of privately owned pokémon from trainers, and with killing pokemon for pleasure. “We’ve been watching these monsters for months now”, says Lt. Jenny. “We got a weird, but solid anonymous tip last minute that they were doing a big business transaction with a group of high ups in one of the abandoned warehouses nearby. We had to act on it! Team Rocket Duo Finally Arrested! Yesterday afternoon, police spotted two suspicious characters in Viridian City in the alleyway behind a grocery store. The short blue haired and long red hair couple were thought to be homeless until further investigation. When police confronted them, officers recognized them at the infamous Jesse and James from the Team Rocket gang. Continues on A2
