Hello again! Here is this quarter's report on the current real estate market. Welcome to 2010!

It is shaping up to be quite ayear forthe local real estate market with activity already looking bright. From January t, 2010 the Queensland Government has brought in a new Sustainability Declaration form that must be completed when selling and then be presented to the agent prior to the property being marketed. Should you wish to view the new Sustainability Declaration forms, please contact me, and I will forward a copy to you either via post or e-mail, The First Home Buyer's Boost brought many new property owners into the market place in 2009. lt has now ended yet the original First Homeowners grant of $7000 remains. We are currently on the look-out for new properties to present to those potential buyers still here and waitingto secure property.
