NEW YEAR’S CONCERT, VIENNA (1 JANUARY) This New Year’s Concert is the undisputed, official highlight of the new year in the DACH region, presented by the world-famous Wiener Philharmoniker. It is broadcasted in 90 countries and, naturally, it has been one of the most beloved events in all of Austria for a very long time now. This year it is under the baton

TOUCH THE MOUNTAINS, INTERLAKEN (1 JANUARY)
This free-of-charge open-air concert in Interlaken is a fantastic way to welcome the new year and is now in its 18th edition. Various well-known bands fill the streets and venues of the city with music and good vibes all around. NEW YEAR’S MARATHON, BERLIN (1 JANUARY)
This year marks the 50th edition of this special marathon in Germany’s capital. Getting up and running while our New Year’s resolutions are still fresh, and our motivation is still high, is certainly a good idea. TANZTAGE, BERLIN (5 – 21 JANUARY)
The so-called ‘Tanztage’ (which translates to ‘Days of Dance’) is now in its 32nd edition, focusing on contemporary dance. This year it’s all about the theme ‘urgency culture’ and reflects on how we move to the rhythm of today’s high-speed, social media-driven reality. 71ST FOUR HILLS TOURNAMENT, BISCHOFSHOFEN (6 JANUARY)

This is a true highlight for all the sports lovers out there.
