FULLY CAST SINGLE PIECE ROOF

All Scanvogn’s units are supplied with a fully cast roof. This ensures a sealed trailer in all weather conditions and significantly increases the service life. The roof is cast with an even curvature for optimal strength and water drainage. The roof has a gutter system which helps direct water and dirt away from doors and windows.

REINFORCED EDGES & JOINTS

All outer walls are cut with rabbet joints and placed so the grooves completely cover the edges of the floor. Likewise, corners are cut and glued together with rabbet joints and strengthened with anodized aluminum profiles. This maximizes structural integrity and tightness to ensure the highest quality.
