Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies!

3/4 3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 375ยบF.

2. Mix sugars, butter, vanilla, and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour and baking soda. Then stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.

1. Preheat oven to 350ยบF.

2. Grease a 9"x13" pan with vegetable oil spray.
3. Melt shortening in a large saucepan over low heat, then stir in cocoa powder.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Mix in sugar and vanilla, then mix in all four eggs one at a time.
6. Stir in remaining ingredients and then pour into pan.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
8. Cool completely before cutting into 2�x2" squares.

Crazy Good Cupcakes!

1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1. Preheat oven to 375ยบF and line the cupcake pan with the muffin liners.

2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
3. Add flour (mixed with baking powder and salt) alternating with milk; beat well.
4. Divide evenly among pans.
Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool in pan.
5. Use spatula or knife to frost cupcakes.
