i wanted to redesign and consider features based on typical user and feedback from customer, wanted to looks more minimalism and clean. i also trying to makes it easier and user friendly

Research finding
i have conducted reaserch based on similiar application like google drive, and understand their ability and gain focus on the most important parts of the interface which would benefits from redesign.wanted to approach the Google Drive redesign and reconsider features from the standpoint of a typical user working in a medium-sized or a large company, with a lot of collaboration involved.
the main problem
using search going though Team Drives and finding files sharing files with others organizing files checking files that were shared with me
After some research on the website, do some test , gaining inspiration, and analyzing current solutions, i had a basic understanding of what i wanted to explore and which ideas to push forward when it comes to searching and and discuss the general direction and specific use cases.
The recurring troubles that i experienced were:
No self-organization / self-cleaning or suggestions which files might be outdated Not knowing the exact directory (which drive it is – private or public Difficulties in transferring files between folders – if you don’t know the exact directory it’s very hard Complicated “Advanced” sharing options
it just some (i didn’t put all of it)....
A Refreshed Look
First, i wanted to tackle the visual part of the interface, since it was a perfect opportunity to introduce UI tweaks and improvements.
Old version
Changed file uploads on the main page to a new "+" icon in the sidebar making it easier for users, and consistent icons created a more cohesive experience.

Smooth Search Experience
Locate files and folder by browsing document now more easy than before. there has smooth signifiers & recognize materials. no more complicated search pattern - that are element filter instantly
The first key issue that transpired in the research phase was the search feature. It seems that people struggle with this feature very often. It’s difficult to find files quickly, there is no option to find a specific folder, no filtering by Team Drive or other directories, and the root folder is not visible, which makes it harder to identify the file itself.
Relevant suggestion while typing..
When a user starts typing, not only files and folders become visible, but the file path and the owner as well. Users can now match the file with a specific location or a colleague, which makes it easier to find the file.
Smart Filter
over here i have used smart filter for finding or organize file. user can easily finding files in a single click according to selected filter
ConvienentContext Menu
Another improvement when user click right on selected file could see more interactive action
Small tweaks that make amassive difference
Decided to add some changes to the current view state. add functionalities such as bulk editing, notification, and also for detail view
New Way To bulkEditing
No Worries for user to edit their document, just hold "shift" and select the document. So they could do bulk editing. It's simple isn't?
SidebarImprovement
No more floating popup sidebar, somehow it become troublesome for good shake show visibility by show sidebar menu when click on the view detail
Courages TheMove Folder / File
Don't make yourself confuse for moving the file / folders around. What you can do by simply drag into another location , or even select the menu move to
Improve BinFunction
User now can restore, the file or even deleted it forever. It allow for individual file retrieval even if parent folder is also deleted

believe that introducing even small improvement can having
large impact on general experience.If those improvements make users happier or even you , they are definitely worth implementing. As a next step, i would love to see how user or customer react to the improvements i suggest, and check whether they really make finding files faster.CLEAR SPACE
