Siew Kam, co-head of Dechert’s private equity group, practises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and emerging growth and venture capital, with significant experience in the technology, healthcare and life sciences, outsourcing, media, telecommunications, FMGC, energy, infrastructure and resources industries.

Ms Boon has been listed in Best Lawyers in Singapore for corporate law since 2020. She has been recognised as a foreign expert based in Singapore for corporate and M&A in Chambers Global and Chambers Asia for nine consecutive years since 2012.

Most recently, she has also been ranked as leading lawyer in the Startups & Emerging Companies chapter by Chambers Asia 2021.

Caecilia was named to the global list of Top 50 Financial Technology CEOs in 2021. She was also ranked amongst the Top 10 Fintech Leaders in 2020 and 2021 by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and recognised as the Tech Leader of the Year by the Singapore Computer Society in 2022. Caecilia is also an independent director at SGX listed iFAST Corporate Ltd.

Prior to founding YouTrip, Caecilia worked at Citi overseeing growth investments in the technology and consumer sectors, and at McKinsey advising financial institutions across Asia on product and growth strategies.

Caecilia has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in finance (summa cum laude) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
