PROBLEM:

When traffic accidents occured, sometimes the victim will die before the ambulance arrive. In the case of an accident, the witness will call 911 to seek for help, and they also need to inform the right location. The victim may lose valuable time during these period.

SOLUTION:

With the ETL, the witness only need to press the button, and the ETL will sent the signal to a nearby fire department. This way, the fire department and medical personnel can immediately know the exact location of the car accident.

At the same time, others can also communicate with medical personnel on the road through the intercom below the button, thus gaining a better understanding of the injuries of the wounded.
