A DAY ON THE MEKONG Seven Night Cruise

Early risers

You will wake to a new location and view of the Mekong from your Scenic Sun Lounge. Pre-order your morning coffee, tea or juice the night before and your butler will deliver it to your suite at the requested time. Head up to the Sun Deck for morning Tai Chi. Enjoy a light breakfast at the River Café from 6:30am.

Morning

From 7:00am, choose from the extensive breakfast options or dine à la carte in the Crystal Dining. Toast the day ahead with a glass of champagne or freshly squeezed delights of the juice bar. If time permits, enjoy a morning workout in the gym, unwind in the steam room or sauna or go for a walk on the Sun Deck. It’s a good time to book in any wellness or beauty treatments^.

Morning exploration

After breakfast, it’s time for your chosen Scenic Freechoice activity, which may include a sampan ride to a local market, a guided walking tour of a historic site or another immersive encounter in a local village. Some Scenic Enrich experiences are also held in the morning such as the monk blessing and alms-giving in Angkor Ban and Wat Hanchey.

Late morning

Depending on the duration of your morning touring, there may be time for independent exploration of the local sites. Return to Scenic Spirit and freshen up with a quick swim in the Vitality Pool and a refreshing beverage from the poolside bar.

Lunch

Enjoy an à la carte lunch in Crystal Dining with different themes throughout your cruise. Complement your meal with a glass of international wine or beer. After lunch, you’ll have a small window of time to enjoy a cruise to your next location or take advantage of your on board self-service laundry.

Afternoon

Depending on your location on the Mekong, there will either be included touring or more Scenic Freechoice activities onshore for you to partake in. Return to the ship in time to get ready for tonight’s briefing and dinner.

Dinner

Enjoy a pre-dinner drink with new friends in the Spirit Lounge. Your Cruise and Tour Directors will brief you on what adventures await you tomorrow. Dinner is in Crystal Dining where you can enjoy a five course à la carte banquet. Diamond Deck guests will receive an invitation to dine at the Chef’s Table one evening.

Evening

On some evenings, enjoy a Scenic Sunset Drinks experience such as a city lights tour of Phnom Penh with an exclusive distillery visit. On other evenings Scenic Spirit will be cruising to arrive at the next location. Enjoy your on board entertainment.
