The Early Booking Incentive terms and conditions are supplementary to the full brochure however in respect of deposit conditions, these conditions will be binding. Offers are applicable to 2022 departures. *Book by August 29, 2021 A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due within 48 hours of booking with full payment required 90 days prior to departure. Scenic reserves the right to ticket the airfare upon receipt of deposit. Flights promotion is valid from 11 gateways across Canada towards the international economy airfare. This flight promotion is valid on specific classes of service with scheduled airlines of Scenic’s choice. Total ticket cost, including taxes, not to exceed $1,700 per person. Tax and ticket surcharges may apply. Included gateways: YHZ Halifax; YYZ Toronto; YOW Ottawa; YUL Montreal; YQR Regina; YXE Saskatoon; YWG Winnipeg; YEG Edmonton; YYC Calgary; YVR Vancouver; and YYJ Victoria. Flights from other Canadian airports will incur surcharges. Flights must be booked by Scenic and are based on the brochure tour dates. Any requests outside of the tour dates may incur seasonal surcharges. For all booking made with a flight offer, a second nonrefundable deposit of $1,500 per person is required 8 months prior to the date of departure. Failure to pay the deposit at 8 months prior to the date of departure shall result in the flight offer being removed from your booking and an Air Credit being applied instead. If your travel date is in less than 8 months prior to departure date, the second nonrefundable deposit of $1,500 per person is due at the time of booking. Scenic reserves the right to ticket the airfare upon receipt of the second deposit. Once flight have been booked, the flight tickets are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable.

If the required booking class is unavailable at time of booking, air surcharges will apply. The flight quote including air taxes and surcharges will be advised once all air sectors are complete. Total cost is final only at time of ticketing, should taxes increase from time of reservation a surcharge will apply. Once issued, air tickets are subject to amendment and cancellation fees as established by Scenic including any applicable airline fees. Single Travellers Air credits per couple will be adjusted accordingly for a single traveller and is equivalent to half of the per couple value.
