80th Anniversary of D-Day Landings in Northern France

2024 marks the 80th anniversary of the WWII D-Day landings in Normandy and there will be important commemorations, particularly in late May/early June. While special events will be limited to dignitaries, this will be a poignant year for Scenic guests who visit these locations wishing to learn more about such historic moments in time.

With this plan you can defer your journey to an alternative date, or cancel, up to 90 days prior to departure, less third-party fees. We will provide you with a Future Travel Credit to re-book an alternate river cruise, which is valid for 24 months,

Risk-Free Platinum Protection Plan

Take advantage of our Platinum Protection Plan (PPP) for $395pp for 2024 river cruises.

By adding this plan, you are covered if you are unable to travel due to health reasons, or your travel plans are impacted by COVID-19, up to 31 days prior to departure with a 100% refund (less airline cancellation fees and PPP cost), or a 70% refund between 15 and 30 days prior to departure (less PPP cost).
