Tea, coffee, mocktails, cocktails, wines, champagne, beers and spirits are included – all day, every day^. The dedicated culinary team creates dishes inspired by the regional cuisine. The team sources tropical fruit that can be blended into a refreshing tonic at the juicing station. Chefs draw flavours from the on board herb garden. For those with a curious streak and a sense of adventure, there are exotic local delicacies expertly prepared by the chefs to try, or you can stick to Western-style favourites prepared with care and finesse.
