With a selection of dining areas, bars and lounges on board, an Emerald Cruises luxury yacht provides a venue to suit every mood. Our Director of Food & Beverage, Tom Goetter, has created the menus for our main restaurant, La Cucina Dining, celebrating fresh, seasonal and local produce. This spacious setting flows into a large alfresco terrace, where you can try dishes like tender racks of lamb accompanied by seasonal vegetables, the freshest black mussels with crusty garlic bread for dipping, and rich, earthy truffle risotto. And during the day, buffet breakfasts and lunches present a diverse selection of delicious cuisine.

At the Aqua Pool Café, a selection of flatbreads pack a punch with a range of fillings, and revitalising gelato satisfies your sweet tooth.

Delight in complimentary sommelier-paired wine with your meals, from a crisp Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley to a rich Spanish Rioja or Tuscan rosé. Your waiter will ensure you’re poured the perfect accompaniment to best complement your dish, with a selection of beers and soft drinks also available with lunch and dinner. After your evening meal, head to the Amici Bar & Lounge, where our expert mixologists will help you select the right drink from an extensive menu, whether whisky, gin or vodka is your thing, or you’re more partial to a beer, glass of wine or a cup of tea. We even have a selection of cocktails and mocktails to toast with among new-found friends. Not forgetting our Sky Bar on the Sky Deck, which serves refreshing summer classics like Piña Coladas, Margaritas and Aperol Spritz, as well as soft drinks, perfect for poolside relaxation.
