Terms & Conditions: The Advance Commission Program allows the participating agency to receive the commission earned for booking any Scenic or Emerald Cruises (river or ocean) within 21 days of full payment being received by Scenic Group. Eligible bookings must have a sail date at least 6 months from the booking creation date. This program commences on July 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2024. To join the program, the agency owner must enroll and obtain con irmation of eligibility by Scenic Group. Not applicable for home-based travel advisors, ICs. The program is eligible for travel agencies of the 50 United States of America & Washington D.C., for USD bookings only. How do I qualify? • If you are the independent agency owner OR you are the host agency owner. • If your agency is registered in the U.S. and your booking is in USD. • If you have submitted the Advance Commission Agreement and it has been confirmed as eligible to join the program: https://form.jotform.com/ScenicUSA/advance-commission-program How does the Advance Commission Program work? 1. Your agency enrolls for the Advance Commission Program. 2. Your enrollment is confirmed. 3. Make a booking with a sailing date that is 6 months or greater than the day of booking. 4. Submit full payment for booking at least 6 months prior to sailing. 5. Receive the full commission amount early, within 21 days of payment. How do I enroll? Once my client has paid, when do I receive my advanced commission? Commissions will be paid in the form of a check within 21 days of receipt of full payment from the client. What happens if I receive my advance commission and my client cancels? 1. Subject to the cancellation policy within the standard Terms & Conditions, if the payment is made by the agency, Scenic will refund the agency the amount received net (minus) of commission paid to the agency. 2. Subject to the cancellation policy within the standard Terms & Conditions, if the payment is made by clients directly to Scenic, Scenic will refund the clients the amount received. Scenic will separately contact the agency to obtain the advance commission to be returned to Scenic within 30 days of request. ≥ The preferred method to obtain commissions back from the agency should a cancellation arise is repayment directly to Scenic. However, should repayment not be made to Scenic timely by the agency, Scenic reserves the right to withhold future commissions of equal value from the agency to cover this amount.

How long is this program in effect? This program is in effect from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024. What happens if I receive my advance commission and the cruise is canceled by Scenic? In the rare event that a cruise is cancelled by Scenic, the process established is to transfer the client to a similar itinerary of comparable value. Should the client still decide to cancel after receiving this alternative from Scenic, a cancellation will be processed as a client-based cancellation (per the above process). What happens if my client elects to Pay in Full and the agency has not registered for the program? Unfortunately, in order to qualify for this program, the Advance Commission Program Agreement needs to be signed and approved. Do prior Paid in Full Bookings qualify for this program? Bookings made from enrollment date to December 31, 2024 qualify for this program, with a signed Advance Commission Program agreement.
