Step from your comfortable Scenic Slumber Bed to your suite’s floor-to-ceiling window and be greeted by the sparkling turquoise water of Talbot Bay. The rising sun lights up the rusty sandstone cliffs and rocky shores surrounding this tranquil haven. Your butler arrives with a coffee of your choice as you relax on your private verandah to absorb the soft warmth of a Kimberley sunrise.

Morning exploration

Take advantage of Scenic Eclipse’s on board helicopters^ as you soar above Western Australia’s unique natural phenomena, Horizontal Falls. Watch the fast-moving current flood through two narrow inlets, like a waterfall turned on its side. Enjoy the aerial views of the Buccaneer Archipelago and the McLarty Range from a different perspective.

Morning

After a delicious breakfast in one of the dining venues, head to the Marina entrance to meet with the Discovery Team. Each are experts within their field, handpicked to share their unique insights and highlights of this region. They will brief you on what magic will unfold on today’s once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Afternoon exploration

Scenic Eclipse’s limited guest numbers means multiple experiences throughout the day. The afternoon experience is much calmer, with a Zodiac cruise around Cyclone Creek to see the unusual geology, flora and fauna of this area, is interpreted by your Discovery Team. Keep an eye out for the birdlife, turtles, sharks and crocodiles.

After dinner

Finish the day with a nightcap in one of the truly all-inclusive nine bars and lounges. Admire the spectacular view from air-conditioned comfort or take your drink out on deck to watch the Kimberley’s famous sunset burst across the sky.

Lunch

Return to your ultra-luxury Discovery Yacht for lunch and choose from casual options like Azure Bar & Café or Yacht Club’s grill. While you eat, enjoy the views as Scenic Eclipse repositions to a new location for another excursion, holding its place using its GPS Dynamic Positioning system, without dropping anchor onto sensitive seabeds.

Afternoon rejuvenation

Back on board, visit the expansive Senses Spa for the pure indulgence of rejuvenating treatments. Soak in the outdoor vitality pools or stretch your muscles at the POWER: gym, or PURE: Yoga and Pilates studio. Join your Discovery Leader in the Observation Lounge or theater for an illustrated recap of the day and learn what is planned for the next.
