With the majority of our produce sourced locally, our talented chefs create fresh, authentic Asian cuisine accompanied by a selection of complimentary international wine, beer, and soft drinks with lunch and dinner.

Much like the diversity of the Southeast Asian landscape, local flavors display a wealth of influences with discernable French, Indian, and Thai inspiration.

Reflections Restaurant

Each day our expert chefs prepare and present a vibrant celebration of Southeast Asian flavors. Regional flavors and locally sourced ingredients inspire a wide range of Asian dishes, including delicious lunches and an exquisite á la carte evening menu, celebrating the region’s gastronomical feats. And, of course, we will always provide a selection of home favourites for you to enjoy, including ‘build your own’ burgers at our lunchtime Burger Lab.

Lotus Lounge

Look out along the riverbanks as cultures and landscapes shift before your eyes. Located at the front of the Vista Deck, the Lotus Lounge’s relaxing wooden tones perfectly complement the incredible vistas of the passing landscape. Here, you can enjoy your favourite drink or try something new and delicious, savor a fine selection of speciality teas from our tea and coffee station, as well as nibbles and snacks.

Horizon Bar & Lounge

In our Horizon Bar & Lounge, rich orange tones recall the French architecture of the local region. Warmly welcomed by our talented bartenders, you’ll enjoy the best local and international beers, wines and spirits, including a tantalizing cinnamon-flavoured whisky. Our cocktails and mocktails are infused with local flavors such as lemongrass and tamarind to awaken the tastes of Asia, not forgetting the delightful selection of complimentary teas and coffees available throughout the day.
