AAir conditioning
Each suite and stateroom is individually climate controlled, with fresh air channelled directly from outside. The switch, is located near the entry door. In the communal areas of the yacht, the air conditioning temperature is set for each season. To accommodate comfort levels, the temperature is generally set at 20 degrees Celsius. Should you require further assistance, please feel free to contact Reception on 800.
Alarm
In the unlikely event of an emergency, please follow the instructions given by the captain. Alarm buttons can be found on the cabin phone. Please also review the safety instructions on the back of your suite or stateroom door.
Bicycles
BIt’s our pleasure to provide Gocycle electric bicycles for your enjoyment, and we encourage you to make use of the many picturesque rides along the coastlines and local villages. Safety helmets and bike locks are provided. You will also be required to sign a user agreement form. For bookings and further information, please contact Reception on 800.
Breakfast
Breakfast, is served in La Cucina restaurant, and, weather permitting, on La Cucina Terrace located on the Emerald Deck. In addition, we have a light, early risers continental breakfast in the Aqua Café, located on Deck 6. Please refer to the daily program for opening times.
Boutique Azzurra
We have a selection of gifts and souvenirs available for purchase in Boutique Azzurra. Please refer to the daily program for opening hours.
CClothing
There is no special dress code on board. A casual atmosphere prevails during the day during excursions and on board. For the evening meal, we would recommend smart-casual attire. Please note that shorts and thongs/flip-flops are not appropriate.
You’ll enjoy a number of special evenings during your time with us, such as welcome and farewell dinners. For these events, you may wish to dress more formally.
For your land excursions, we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes that are well-suited for walking. Please refer to your daily weather forecast to see whether or not waterproof clothing is required.
Coat Hangers
Please find a set of coat hangers in your wardrobe. If you require any additional coat hangers, then please contact Reception on 800.
Customs Regulations
If you bring any goods into or out of a country, please observe all applicable customs regulations. If you have any questions, our Reception on 800 will be happy to assist you.
DDrinking Water
Complimentary refillable bottles are provided in every suite and stateroom, where purified tap water is fine to drink. Alternatively, we’ve set up three purified water stations throughout the yacht, in the Amici Bar & Lounge, the Observation Lounge and Elements Spa. Sparkling and still water is also available in every suite and stateroom, but if you have a special drinks request, please dial Reception on 800.
Electricity
The electricity current on board is 220 volts. Your suite or stateroom is equipped with international power points. Please ask Reception if you require any assistance with international power points, as well as Australian power sockets (110volts).
Entertainment
On selected afternoons and evenings, we will welcome special guest performers to the Amici Bar & Lounge. There will also be regular entertainment organised by your Cruise Director.
Excursions
Information regarding events on board, onshore and about the ports you’ll visit on your ocean cruise can be found in our daily programme and on the television in your suite or stateroom. They will also be discussed during your daily port talks. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask your Tour Manager.
First Aid
Please contact Reception on 800 or by dialing 911 from your in suite telephone if you require first aid or medical assistance.
Games
A selection of cards and board games are available in the Amici Bar & Lounge and Observation Lounge for you to enjoy.
HGHousekeeping
Your suite or stateroom will be serviced daily with a nightly turndown service. Should you require any assistance, please call Reception on 800.
Gym
Located on the Wellness Deck, Deck 2, with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment is open 24 hours.
HHairdresser
Our hairdresser is available in the Elements Spa, located on the Wellness Deck. You can make an appointment by calling the Spa directly on 820 or Reception on 800. A full list of services is provided in this folder. These services carry an additional cost.
Hairdryer
A hairdryer is provided for you in your suite or stateroom, to use throughout your cruise.
Internet/Email
Wi-Fi access is available throughout the yacht. Personal devices can be used, or you can request an iPad for temporary use at Reception to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
You’ll find the access code in your suite or stateroom when you embark. Should you require any assistance, please call Reception on 800.
For technical reasons, the internet service may be interrupted during particular parts of the journey. Wi-Fi Package for more intense usage is available and can be purchased via Reception.
LLanguage
Our on board crew and tour guides speak English. All announcements and lectures will be given in English.
Laundry
We offer standard laundry services at a fee, please use the form provided in your suite or stateroom. Alternatively we have a guest self-service launderette situated on the Observation Deck, starboard side.
Life Jackets/Safety
Life jackets are available in your suite or stateroom.
The on board safety video can be seen on your suite or stateroom’s info-entertainment system.
Library
Visit the Observation Lounge, where you’ll find our collection of books.
Lost & Found
Please contact Reception for any lost or found items on 800. If you choose to leave behind any unwanted items, please inform your suite attendant.
Luggage
Once you have finished unpacking, your luggage can be conveniently stored underneath your bed.
MMail Service
Mail can be left at Reception to be posted at the next port, stamps are available to purchase.
You will find complimentary postcards (one per guest) in your folder.

Please refer to daily program for more details and timings. The use of equipment is on a first come, first serve basis.
Massage
The massage facilities are located in our Wellness Area on the Wellness Deck. You can make an appointment by calling the Elements Spa directly on 820 or Reception on 800. These services carry an additional cost.
Medical Care
Please contact Reception, the medical center on Deck 2, or any of our crew members for first aid or medical assistance. Please help us to assist you by handing in your completed Medical Information Form at the beginning of your cruise. Please rest assured that the information you provide will be handled with the highest confidentiality.
Mini-bar
All suites and staterooms have a mini-bar, restocked daily.
OObservation Lounge
Relax with a good book or enjoy unrivalled sea views from the comfort of our Observation Lounge. You can also take books from our collection back to your suite or stateroom. A selection of cards and board games are available for you to enjoy, along with a self-serve tea & coffee bar.

Pool Bar & Lounge
In the Aqua Café, we offer a selection of breakfasts, flat-breads, gelato, coffee, and cookies throughout the day.

Our Reception is open from 0700 - midnight. If you need assistance after hours, please dial 900.
Restaurants/Dining
Our La Cucina Dining provides an open seating plan indoors and outdoors.
RFor breakfast and lunch we offer a wonderful selection of hot and cold dishes. Dinners will be à la carte and your waiter will be on hand to assist with any requirements or questions you may have.
If you have any special nutritional requests or dietary restrictions, please inform our Restaurant & Bar Manager.
SSafe
A safe is available in your suite or stateroom for all of your valuables. Instructions for use are provided or assistance is available via Reception on 800.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the suites and staterooms, private balconies or public areas on board. A designated area on the Sky Deck is available for guests who require this facility. Please do not throw cigarette butts overboard.
Special Celebrations
For guests celebrating an anniversary or birthday whilst travelling with Emerald Cruises, we would be happy to prepare a special surprise. Please let us know in advance by contacting Reception on 800.

On the Sky & Pool Deck we offer a large selection of open seating for your comfort and enjoyment.
Sky Bar
Enjoy a drink at the bar, or relax in the glorious sun of the Spa Pool. The Sky Bar’s opening hours are provided on the daily program.
Spa
Unwind in our Elements Spa which includes our unique infrared sauna, and enjoy exceptional massages, facials and other treatments. Please refer to Elements Spa menu at the end of this directory for full details and prices.
Suite & Stateroom Amenities
We’ve partnered with spa experts ESPA, so you can enjoy a sumptuous shower before enveloping yourself in luxurious Missoni towels and a plush bathrobe. And, if you’d like to replicate such levels of indulgence at home, you can call Reception on 800 to purchase your own or take them directly from your suite, and we’ll charge you accordingly.
TTelephone
Calls can be made from the telephone located in your suite or stateroom and charges will be added to your yacht account. We will transfer any calls that come in for you at Reception to your suite or stateroom. If you require the telephone number for the yacht, please contact the Reception on 800.
Television
For your enjoyment, every suite and stateroom features an HDTV and Infotainment system.
Tipping
All gratuities and tipping are included with Emerald Cruises.
Umbrellas
You’ll find umbrellas in the wardrobe of your suite or stateroom.
VVisitors
Guests are allowed to request visitors, 48 hours prior via Reception on 800.
Yoga
We offer yoga classes at sunrise/sunset. Please refer to daily programme for times and schedules, in addition, contact the Element Spa directly for private classes.
