From the time of the initial contact and quote to the post cruise follow up, you’ll have one contact assisting you to make this the best trip possible. Full ship charter rates quoted include all the standard offerings of any standard cruise (including port taxes/fees) and reflect the lowest offered rates. 10% deposit up front with a schedule of incremental deposits, final payment due 90 days in advance of departure. Charters offer exclusivity as it is ‘your’ vessel for the length of the sailing. Chartering offers opportunities to modify the standard scheduled ports of call making it a special experience just for your group. Chartering allows you to customize many aspects of your voyage from dining and entertainment to group functions and activities ashore. You can tailor your on board experience by flying your company flag, putting your company logo on menus and daily programs, cocktail parties – the ideas are endless.
Incentive Group Information
• Minimum group size to qualify as an incentive group = 10 staterooms • Maximum allowed group size = 50% of ship occupancy • Discounted incentive group rates are offered by category and include all the standard inclusions • Earn complimentary tour conductor staterooms (1 double for 10 paid – maximum 2 doubles earned) • 10% deposit up front with actual staterooms being assigned at the time of deposit and schedule of incremental deposits with final due 90 days prior to departure • From the time of initial contact and quote to the post cruise follow up, you’ll have one contact assisting you to make this the best trip possible. • Meeting space with A/V available at no additional charge
