Ha’il City - SDC Development Location: Saudi Arabia As part of the KSA 2030 goal to move away from oil. The Saudi Downtown Corporation is engaged in upgrades and enhancements to 12 cities around the Kingdom.
Ha’il’s SDC Downtown project is approximately 140 000m2 Public Realm development. Split equally between a large Urban Park and the Retial Downtown Zone.
I was contracted to develop a Detailed Master Plan and Subsequent Concept Master Plan for the Downtown.
The Brief required the site to link up with existing upgrades along the northern bounding road, while acknowledging the KSA 2030 goals for accessibility and sustainability. Roles included liaising with the Egis (Master Planners) on the Master Plan, while developing the look and feel of the Public Realm. Following this I was engaged with Red Vertex to deliver an appropriate set of CGI static and animated images.

Residential Beach Entry Pool Detail

Mayfair - Mixed Use Development Location: Century City, Cape Town This project was a mixed use project, with the site split roughly in two, to create a Commercial and Residential project. My roles were landscape concept design and development on the residential component and hard landscape design and development on the commercial component. Work included both the 2D concept design and 3D resolution of all levels and land-forms.
REGENT LIGHT SOLUTIONS : ORION CODE : C127 HOUSING : LM 6 die cast aluminium. DIFFUSER : Prismatic acrylic diffuser FINISH : Powder coated. (black) MOUNTING : Post or wall mounted. Recommended mounting height 2.5m to 5m. Spigot entry 76mm diameter. For detailed mounting specifications refer to pole and accessories section.

Mayfair - Mixed Use Development Location: Century City, Cape Town This project was a mixed use project, with the site split roughly in two, to create a Commercial and Residential project. My roles were landscape concept design and development on the residential component and hard landscape design and development on the commercial component. Work included both the 2D concept design and 3D resolution of all levels and land-forms.
