Join us as we open the time capsule that was placed in the cornerstone of our Central Library when it was built in 1998. Enjoy music, treats, crafts and more as we celebrate this historic moment! We’ll also be placing artifacts into a new time capsule to be opened in 2073. You can also join us live online and watch the opening of the time capsule from the comfort of your home.

Lajkonik promotes Polish folk culture through artistic dances, passionate songs and colorful performances. Their four performing groups present a variety of national and regional Polish dances, which feature traditional dynamic steps and songs sung in the original language.
