Execution – Getting Things Done “It is no use saying, we are doing our best. You have got to succeed in doing what is necessary.” Winston Churchill. How often are projects significantly delayed or completed below your personal standards because of poor execution? Execution is often the missing link between goals and results. This workshop will focus on the three critical things needed to get things done in any job or project, particularly if you are not the CEO. People often know WHAT to do; they just don’t know HOW to effectively get it done. This workshop will give you the needed steps. Developing Personal Mastery “People with a high level of personal mastery are able to consistently realize the results that matter most deeply to them“- Peter Senge. This workshop will show you how to manage yourself and your energy more skillfully in order to achieve your goals in less time and more sustainably. We will show you how to produce more with less input and give you a methodology from which a greater sense of concentration and control will emerge. The Dynamics of Personal Leadership Your leadership ability often determines your level of effectiveness. Hard work, efficient management, and knowledge can only bring you so far. If your leadership ability is weak, then your potential for success is also weak. This workshop will help you to define and describe your own Leadership style, and examine what you need to do personally to become a better Leader. Beyond Time Management Each day we complain that there just does not seem to be enough time to accomplish all the things that we want to get completed. While it is true that we always seem to have to fit more and more activities into each day, what has become necessary for us to master is the ability to complete the things that are of highest priority. This workshop is designed to improve participants’ ability to successfully deliver on the goals they are responsible for achieving. How to Delegate Effectively The inability to delegate is one of the most common problems managers encounter today. Learning how to delegate effectively is an essential skill to managing your workload and increasing your work output. If tasks that you delegated are not being completed well, or are not being done on time, this may be a sign that these tasks have been poorly delegated. Poor delegation will not only affect your job performance, but also how your team performs. This workshop is designed to help you to become more effective at delegation.

Managing People People are the biggest resource of any organization and the effectiveness with which this resource is managed determines how successful the organization will be. This seminar is designed to provide participants with the skills to be able to work with others and to achieve objectives through managing the work of others. In the management of people, it is important that we have an understanding of individual behavior and what motivates people to take action. Understanding this and being able to harness it to achieve your organization’s objectives is what separates successful managers and supervisors from the rest. Implementing & Executing a Strategic Plan Your organization’s strategic plan can be destroyed by poor implementation at the departmental and team level. Implementing a freshly chosen strategy and making it work within your department takes a lot of time and attention; you need an understanding of the "big picture," as well as all the sequential steps of the implementation process. This workshop will give you a broad overview of the implementation process and explore the lessons learned from those that have been successful in implementing and executing a strategy within their organizations. Building Effective Work Relationships The quality of work relationships in organizations has a tremendous impact on the level of employee productivity. Employees caught up in bickering and disruptive conflicts are more likely to produce poor work, whereas a cohesive and collaborative staff can create an effective and productive organization. Unfortunately, poor work relationships are prevalent in many organizations, and managers are not always comfortable or prepared to deal with them. This seminar will look at how to cultivate positive relationships among the employees in your work team. Topics will focus on Dynamic Listening, How to Work with Difficult People, Keys to Giving Constructive Feedback, and Resolving Conflicts among Team Members. Improving Organizational Performance through Employee Engagement How engaged are your team members? How do you go about building commitment and creating a culture of accountability within your team? Enlightened leaders recognize the importance of partnering with their employees. This workshop will focus on the approaches you can take to engage employees on an intellectual and emotional level to increase loyalty and create positive attitudes. Developing Your Emotional Intelligence Recent studies have shown that emotional intelligence is a powerful key to effective leadership – it can have a profound effect on a person's ability to create more collaborative, rewarding, and satisfying workplace relationships. In this seminar you will learn how to evaluate your current level of emotional intelligence, understand how your emotions affect others — and how their emotions affect you, and identify your communication strengths and weaknesses. Learn why Emotional Intelligence is so important to your career. Learn how to interact, communicate, and collaborate successfully with all types of people. Creating High Impact Presentations In business, tough times often bring about rapid changes which must be communicated effectively for them to work. If you have an innovative idea, a great proposal or the best product, it may not be recognized as valuable if you cannot present it in a polished and persuasive manner. This seminar will show you how to create impactful presentations to both formal and informal gatherings, and how to present your ideas with conviction, control and poise.

Conducting Performance Reviews and Appraisals Conducting annual performance reviews is a task many managers are not comfortable with. Considering the time they take and the lack of positive change that often follows, it's easy to see why managers - and employees - dread performance reviews. This seminar will show you how to assess performance effectively, give employees constructive ongoing feedback, conduct the performance review meeting, and follow-through to enhance the value of the evaluation. The tactics you learn will help you to transform your performance evaluation process into the valuable tool it was meant to be. Leading Organizational Change Organizations need to innovate and change in order to survive. Yet, while many in organizations seem to be able to solve complicated technical problems, they fail miserably at implementing even the simplest changes. Whether it comes through strategic planning or as a response to outside events, change must be managed effectively to achieve organisational excellence. This seminar will help you to answer the question - How do you help people open themselves up to change? Leaders must learn how to not only manage change, but also how to manage the inevitable human transitions that people experience when faced with significant change. Participants in this training will learn how to deal with these dual challenges and how to lead their organisations through the change process. Leading Organizational Change: Changing Mindsets, Attitudes and Culture Today for a variety of reasons - new operational systems, globalization, mergers/acquisitions, technological advances - companies grapple with change on a continuous basis. Managing change efforts has become a core competency that needs to be embedded in the DNA of your organization if you intend to remain competitive and successful. Your employees are your most powerful resource in successfully navigating and leading the way through these changes. They can also be your biggest road block. This session focuses specifically on the people side of change, particularly how to get buy-in from your employees and create real behavioural change in your organization’s culture. Leaders Navigating Change This session is focused on understanding workplace change and learning how you can thrive, both career-wise and personally, in what can be a turbulent environment. It will help you develop ways to personally approach workplace change and manage your stress and attitudes associated with this issue. Negotiation – Getting to Win-Win Effective negotiation helps you to resolve situations where what you want conflicts with what someone else wants. The aim of win-win negotiation is to find a solution that is acceptable to both parties, and leaves both parties feeling that they've won, in some way, after the event. Social Media for Leaders In this hyper-connected world, the emergence of social media has created more opportunities for executives to gather knowledge and build relationships. However, many still find social media daunting. Social media is a great tool that can help you to improve your practice of leadership, it requires a time investment but once it’s part of your routine the return on investment – insights into your work and leadership, improve decision making capabilities, etc. - can be great. This seminar is for anyone who wants to learn how to effectively use social media - twitter, LinkedIn, blog, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest - to become a more effective leader.

Leading Effective Meetings Traditional meetings can be time consuming and unproductive. Everyone talks, but nothing gets done, and taking meetings to digital conferencing doesn’t reduce the number of unproductive meetings; it just puts them on new platforms. Yet meetings still remain the cornerstone of organizational life, seen as necessary to get effective work done. With millions of dollars and endless amounts of time spent per year, making meetings more effective is one of the best ways to increase overall productivity in an organization. In this session, you will learn how to run meetings that are viewed as effective and a good use of time, and how to avoid common meeting pitfalls. Strategic Thinking in a Changing World Amidst the turbulence of today’s global economy, leaders need to find ways of uncovering opportunities to create value for their organizations. Strategic thinking is therefore a much needed and required skill for a leader, as it informs and determines the input to your strategic plan. This seminar explores the six things that executives need to do well to strengthen their ability to think strategically. Leaders who excel at strategic thinking, not only understand the fundamental drivers of their business but that a dialog must often be held to challenge conventional thinking about those drivers. Project Management Leadership Leading a successful project is more than just managing schedules and paperwork. It requires the project leader to have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to guide a team through change, work effectively with people in different roles and deal with conflict. This seminar will show you how to apply effective leadership strategies and skills to improve project implementation. Communicating for Results Communication is very important, as we all know. Findings show across the board that high performers are more effective communicators, and from a leadership point of view, communication remains the most critical skill a leader can employ in his arsenal. This is an advanced seminar which highlights the communication techniques needed to improve engagement and effectiveness among executive teams.
