Alternatively you can mix baking soda with lemon or strawberries juice for a more natural and better tasting solution. Using straw: many of the beverages have the tendency to stain teeth. Tea, coffee and many soft drinks leave stains on your teeth that are hard to get rid of. While using straw the beverage will have minimum contact with your teeth, as it will get directly into your mouth. Strawberries: eat more strawberries to keep your teeth whiter. Strawberries contain malic acid, which is great solution of you want to remove light discolorations from your teeth. Strawberries also help to buff teeth enamel and make them look smoother. For a greater effect crush strawberries and mix them with a tablespoon of baking soda and apply the mixture to your teeth for 5 minutes and then rinse away, use this method maximum once o moth, other vise you can damage enamel. Crunchy foods: eat more crunchy and healthy food, such as fruits and vegetables. Apples, pears, celery and carrots are perfect for this as they contain some natural and healthy acid. Abrasive process is best when you bite into the whole fruit or vegetable, if you cut them into peaces or drink juice there will be no positive effect for your teeth.
