E-commerce & Online Marketing Manager in Graz. We’re a team of 25+ running an award winning project in great charming offices based in Graz and Berlin. Bike Citizens develops and promotes ideas for urban cycling to add contribution for more livable cities. We started out creating the world's first navigation App focused on urban cycling and being fully offline capable. The next big thing was "Finn", the universal smartphone mount. There's much more to come... These are the key aspects of your role: Job Design: • You take an active part in the leading of e-commerce projects – from analysing, planning and controlling to the quality check. • Implementation and realization of strategies to raise the share of sales in the e-commerce segment on all levels of the enterprise. • Frequent screening of online user behavior and deriving suitable measures to improve the usability of our web shop • Content management and conception relating to the online shop Collaboration: You will work in close cooperation with our communications team, acting as interface between IT and other departments (CEO, Marketing, Sales). Thereby you will get to know our enterprise independently.
Bike Citizens is an independent, self-made company (owned and run by two former bike messengers) that make its own rules. For example, we decided to work only 4 days a week, that means weekends start on Thursday evening, already! (Yeahh) We keep bureaucracy at a minimum and encourage everybody to get involved, which also means, bringing in own ideas and fight for them to get real. We have a strong focus on learning by trying new things and by connecting with others (conferences, workshops). You're an ideal match if you: • Have a finished educational background in the e-commerce or marketing field • Have a deep understanding of web technology and ecommerce processes • Have got a high affinity to the online sector • Know, how to use online and newsletter tools • Have experience in maintaining onlineshop systems • Are familiar with cross-media communication campaigns and you know how to apply targeted online marketing tools • Have great communication and presentation skills • Are a positive and proactive person • Want to keep learning and share your know how • Have good skills in any of: cooking, Wuzzler, chess ;-) If that sounds like you – we’re dead keen to get to know you! Salary: Because of law regulations, we announce the minimum salary as required by collective agreement (min 1.800 € gross/month). Your actual salary will depend on your experience, skills, contribution to Bike Citizens and is to be negotiated. Salary is offered for 36h base, no all-in-contracts.
